It is brand new and has a lot of great amenities while still being priced competitively to similar but not quite as nice options in the area. The staff is very friendly and responsive. While they didn't need to, The Emory Staff went the extra mile and made accommodations to get my son moved in a little early to coincide with when the lease at his prior apartment was up. This made for a smooth transition and was very much appreciated
