My neighbors have been setting off the fire alarms everyday sometimes multiple times a day due to them smoking or doing marijuana. If there is an actual fire my roommate and I will never know and will be sitting in our apartment until it’s too late. Other than that our apartment is beautiful and we love it.
Hi Hannah, Thank you for your honest review. We have made multiple attempts to follow through with a smoking violation including having K9 unis out to your building, however we have been unsuccessful in finding any solid evidence of marijuana usage. Unfortunately due to fair housing laws we would need undeniable evidence in order to be able to evict someone over a smoking violation. Our alarm system is wired throughout the building so if there were a serious fire all alarms would be tripped to alert you to vacate the property and the fire department would be notified. If you would like to discuss this issue further please give us a call or stop into the office at your earliest convenience.
