|Recommended: YesCheap Functional — Overall it has been a good experience. My specific unit is nice with hard floors and carpet in the bedrooms. Dishwasher works ok, nothing fancy, utilities are good. My bedroom doesn’t regulate heat well but it’s ok. Parking needs redone bad, damaging pot holes and little to no lines painted at all. Office staff is friendly. Laundry facilities are ok, I prefer to take laundry home than do there but if needed it works. Sometimes you have to wait for people to get their laundry out of machines for days. You must purchase a card at the front desk but I work fully during office hours so I can’t get one. Laundry facilities and club house is open at all hours with your residence key.
|Recommended: YesComfy Apartment — I have been living here for almost 7 years this August will be 7 years and I do enjoy it here. It is a great location and a nice cozy place to live. There are some things I would like to point out. Parking lots are crappy and some of them really needs good attention too many potholes in some areas . The outside ground areas looks good except for when people throw trash not into the dumpsters but onto the grassy areas and, also I notice when I am outside that I see a lot of dog crap everywhere too. And as for the noises goes it doesn't help that these walls and ceilings to these apartments aren't that great so you can hear almost everything going on around you

|Recommended: YesHome sweet home. — This apartment is comfortable to live in. Its close to Kirkwood and close to many stores and restaurants. I don't drive but the parking lot has 3 or 4 big potholes in the main lot out side of building 53 and 55 and one pothole that looks like a minutes lake in the visitor lot. Noise is a bit of problem but that's mostly due to people slamming their doors or those living above me walking around and the floors are squeaking. Maintenance staff are very kind and get the job done. The property staff are awesome and very kind.
