|Recommended: YesMy Likes — I've lived at Woodland Reserve for 7 years and 7 months. I've stayed here this long because i love it here. Due to some of the safety features my car and renters insurance went down.The attached garages keep my car safe and out of the weather. No scraping windows, shoveling snow, or get caught in the rain, plus my car has a head start on warming up on cold days. When i moved in i was amazed at the wide hallways, and the wide steps, however i live on the third floor and the biggest blessing was a equally wide elevator. Moving was easy, especially with big furniture. What i really like about my unit is a washer and dryer, fireplace, vaulted ceiling. You can walk around the units and see a lot of front doors and enrtyways decorated. I dont worry about anyone taking my decorations, and they never have in 7 plus years. A big applause to the maintenance and staff. Gosh i've had nothing but great experiences dealing Woodland Reserve personnel. It's just a taste of what Woodland Reserve has.

Free gym membership included pool during the summer time. Minutes away from everything in a fast growing burb of Des Moines. Big W all around, hands down.
