Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesHonestly, there is nothing in my unit and space that i don’t like. Then to add on, all of the amenities ironwood comes with is great. I don’t have to worry about walking 3 flights of stairs to get to the laundry room anymore and it is such a great relief. Among the laundry room, there is also a dishwasher, tall ceilings, great paint on the walls, and huge closets. That’s all just on the inside.. there is also a pool to enjoy in the summer and a gym that is easily accessible and nice

|Recommended: YesLove it here — We've been here just over 5 mths now and absolutely love it here. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues or requests. The neighbors we've meet so far are very friendly but not intrusive. The complex had several events over the summer including food trucks and events to get out and meet your neighbors. So far scheduling has been such that we've not been able to participate, but I've heard great things about them and look forward to being able to attend in the future. Overall, I would highly recommend Ironwood if you or someone you know is looking for a new place.
|Recommended: YesBEST APARTMENT LIVING EXPERIENCE — It's been many years since I've lived in an apartment, so I wasn't really looking forward to moving in to ironwood. But I was wrong. From the office staff and the way they treat the tenants and the attention to any issues or messages that are left is usually very swift to the maintenance staff in which every encounter I've had with any of the maintenance staff, they have all been professional, friendly and courteous, and efficient The property is kept as clean as can be expected for having so many tenants and buildings to look after. The property is very quiet usually after 8 00 p.m. you don't hear anything and it's different than my previous experiences in apartments, which makes it nice to be here.
I would say honestly, you're not going to find much better property in the Des Moines area and surrounding areas if apartment living is what you're looking for and for the price, which is reasonable. Oh, and bring your pets too They welcome them
